Pre-Adult Affairs Organization (PAAO) is a registered, well-recognized Non-Governmental Organization founded on 18th September 1999. The vision was born by the founders' burning desire and dream for a positive change in the present deplorable status of the Pre-Adults in Nigeria and the world at large.

Ever since her teenage years, Sandra Chidinma Duru, the Founder and Executive Director of this organization has been actively involved with the enlightenment and education of the less privileged, and the less informed youth in the country on issues of self-management, reproductive health rights issues, healthy mental and physical growth; life planning education, potential development as it relates to the Pre- Adult class has been the passion of the founder of this organization.
