SUMMARY - STAFF STRENGTH
Pre-Adult Program Support Centre (PAPS-Center) has seven (7) Departments, as enumerated above, twenty-eight (28) Units and a total of One hundred and twenty nine (129) Personnel.

Therefore we have a total of forty-six (46) Administrative Staff, twenty-seven (27) Professional Volunteers and fifty six (56) Youth Volunteers in each of the six (6) geo-political zones of the federation.

In the thirty–six (36) States of the federation, there are PAPS-Centre Liaison Offices with the six (6) Departments and each Department managed by a Chief Coordinating Officer, 10 Professional Volunteers and assisted by 2 Youth Volunteers respectively, which makes a total of 28 Personnel in each State. A total of 6 Admin Staff, Ten (10) Professional Volunteers and twelve (12) Youth Volunteers in a State.

The same is applicable in the Local Government Area centres. Each has 28 Personnel, Six (6) admin staff, ten (10) Professional Volunteers and (12) Youth Volunteers.

SUMMARY - ADMIN STAFF STRENGTH

* Grand Total of Admin Staff, Professional Volunteers and Youth Volunteers in the 6 geopolitical zones of the federation is: 129 Personnel (6 zones) = 774 Personnel.

* Grand Total of Admin Staff, Professional Volunteers and Youth Volunteers in the 36 states of the federation is: 28 Personnel (36 states) = 1008 Personnel.

* Grand Total of both Admin Staff, professional Volunteers and Youth Volunteers in the 774 Local Government Areas of the federation is: 28 Personnel (774 L.G.A.) = 21,672 Personnel.

* Sub Total of the Admin Staff only in each of the 6 geo-political zones of the federation is: 46 Personnel (6 Geo-Political Zones) = 276 Personnel.

* Sub Total of the Admin staff only in 36 States of the federation is: 6 Personnel (36 States) = 216 Personnel.

* Sub Total of the Admin Staff only in 774 Local Government Areas of the federation is: 6 Personnel (774 LGA) = 4,644 Personnel.

* Sub -Total of the Professional Volunteers only in the 6 geo-political zones of the federation: 27 Personnel (6 geo-political zones) = 162 Professional Volunteers.

* Sub-Total Of The Professional Volunteers only in the 36 States zones of the federation: 10 Personnel (36 States) = 360 Youth Volunteers

* Sub-Total Of The Professional Volunteers only in the 774 Local Government Areas of the federation: 10 Personnel (774 LGA) = 7,740 Youth Volunteers

Total No. Of Professional Volunteers = (162+ 360 +7,740) = 8,262

SUMMARY - YOUTH VOLUNTEERS STAFF STRENGTH

* Sub -Total of the Youth Volunteers only in the 6 geo-political zones of the federation: 56 Personnel (6 geo-political zones) = 336 Youth Volunteers.

* Sub-Total Of The Youth Volunteers only in the 36 States zones of the federation: 12 Personnel (36 States) = 432 Youth Volunteers

* Sub-Total Of The Youth Volunteers only in the 774 Local Government Areas of the federation: 12 Personnel (774 LGA) = 9,288 Youth Volunteers

Total No. Of Youth Volunteers = (336 + 432 +9,288) = 10,056

* There is an Executive Director (ED) who is the General Overseer of the Pre-Adult Affairs Organization (PAAO), and Pre-Adult Programme Support Centers (PAPS - Center) with a Personal Assistant (PA) and a Secretary (Sec) (ED + 2) = 3

* There is a Projects Director (PD) who is subordinate to the Executive Director. The Projects Director will have a Secretary and a Personal Assistant (PD + 2) = 3

* The Assistant Projects Director (APD) reports directly to the Projects Director while the Regional Projects Directors are subordinates to the Assistant Projects Director. The Assistant Projects Director will have a Personal Assistant and a Secretary. (APD + 2) = 3

* Internal Projects Consultant (IPC) is subordinate to the Assistant Projects Director and other External Consultants (EC) (Local & International). The IPC has a Personal Assistant and a secretary. (IPC + 2) = 3

* There are 6 Regional Projects Directors each with one Personal Assistant and a Secretary. (6 RPD + 12) = 18

* There are 36 States Directors who are subordinates to the Regional Director. Each State Director is entitled to a Personal Assistant and a Secretary.

(36 +SD x 2) = 108

* In the Local Government Areas the Chief Coordinating Officers remain in charge and reports directly to the State Directors. LGA CCO 774
